In the framework of the implementation of the e-Local Government system a new town portal was developed. The portal has basically two functions: to provide information about the events in the life of the town, and to provide a „channel” for e-administration (business process management Front-end system).
In the course of the implementation also a geo-informatics system was installed with a double role:
1. provision of geo-informatics services, maps (ortophotografy), search and view
2. provision of map data for the performance of specialised departments of the authority
One of the most important modules of the system is the business process management module. The system provides electronic task management throughout the full life cycle of the businesses (from arrival to sign-off and archiving).
It is also part of the project to establish a link with the specialised authority systems. In this framework the tax system (ÖNKADÓ), building authority system, real estate cadastre recording system and the Central System were connected.
