The information system on public contracts – publication subsystem (hereinafter “ISPC-PS”)is the only one system that enables to publish the standard forms, as the publishing is obligatory in the Czech Republic for both the above and under the-threshold public contracts. The contracting authority/entity download the application for filling and sending the standard form intended for publishing and send completed standard form to the provider with advanced electronic eSignature based on qualified certificate.
