A number of website require registration. Usually registration is free and involves filling out a form and receiving or selecting a password.

ROM
Read Only Memory. Part of the memory in a computer containing pre-installed instructions that the system needs to access on a regular basis. ROM typically takes the form of chips on circuit boards or non-rewritable instructions on a CD-ROM. ROM is where the computer stores all the basic everyday functions, such as the power-on procedures.
