Study into the financing and management options for cross-border eGovernment
|

A study will assess the options for a programme focusing on the management and financing of the infrastructure services required for cross-border services, in particular but not exclusively, those financed under the IDA or IDABC programmes.
This study shall list the alternatives, analyze them from the perspective of financial, organisational and operational requirements and finally evaluate their respective advantages and short-comings.
