Quality management

6497

In view of maximising the benefits of the IDABC programme, efforts must be made to ensure a stronger coordination and an optimal implementation of project proposals. Projects can benefit from one another and they should also benefit from the horizontal services made available by IDABC.
However, project managers do not often have
the time nor the organisational context necessary to be in touch with other project managers, and may therefore, miss out on efficiency opportunities. This service can be made available through external consultancy that has a good overview of IDABC-financed projects encouraging synergies among them.
