The evaluation will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IDABC activities and include a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of performance against the work programme.
It will furthermore provide an overview of projects and measures financed by the programme, including the results of the approach adopted to ensure development and use of pan-European eGovernment services;analyse the benefits thereof as well as synergies achieved or initiated with other Community activities in the same areas.
