Preparatory documents: Documents from the preparations for the current EUPL

IDABC has conducted several studies on Open Source Software (OSS) licences and the specific requirements of European public administrations in this respect. This page displays the studies as well as the draft versions for a European Union Public Licence (EUPL V 1.0) that have been submitted to public consultation.
